Where to find "Adolescence of Utena" with English subtitles?

Hi, I am a newcomer to Utena. I finished the series (sub) for the first time about a week ago. I fell deeply in love with it and it will forever live in my brain. (I'm planning on getting the manga once that reprint box set comes out even though I know it is so different from the show)

I've been waiting to watch the movie because I know it is so beautiful and surreal. The series already means so much to me and I wanted to make my first viewing of the movie special. The version on PlutoTV and the Internet Archive is the English dub. I've heard so much about how the English dub for the series was not very good regarding accuracy and tone. Can the same be said for the movie?

If the movie's dub is accurate and tone-appropriate I don't mind watching it because it would be nice to experience the dub actors too without quality being compromised.

TLDR: Is the movie dub good and/or where can I find the movie with English subtitles instead?
