Most ridiculous mods

I've played the game through several times with no mods, or mods that are purely cosmetic, but this time I decided to abandon any pretence at role playing or immersion, and it's been so much fun! I've currently got Lydia running around with a lightsaber, and I just killed a dragon priest with a kamehameha.
