Got fooled by HP

I purchased HP Spectre about 2 years back in 2021, the 14 inch, i7 16GB RAM. Then next year in 2022(still in warranty) I started getting keyboard issues. I asked for replacement, and got a newer version which was 14 inch.

It was working great, now in 2023 around August, I started noticing my laptop struggling for some of the tasks. When I checked, I noticed that it had just 4 cores, of an i7 processor.

Now, I remember the original laptop I ordered had around 10-12 cores, don't remember but it wasn't definitely 4 cores. It looks like they gave me a new laptop but a downgraded i7, which I later realized when I went out of warranty.

Now when I tried to check my order online, for my original purchase. The website says 404 not found. When I look up my order online, it doesn't find any.

This was really pathetic. I was charged 1400$ for that laptop and now I have an underpowered laptop. What can be done here?
