Just watched S5E6 of Discovery. Did they seriously just leave the planet without fixing any other towers?

We see Discovery jump away and there's still only one green spot on the planet. No darker brown wet bits or any clouds. No evidence of rain other than in the part that already had a working tower.

They knew that there were four inoperative towers, they even had to go to one of them...did they just not bother fixing them?

Screw those whistling guys I guess (especially as they don't actually whistle except for one short scene).

Could've quintupled the habitable space on the planet, but who cares, we've got to finish our jigsaw.
