Why do people assume you’re a psychopath if you don’t like cats?

I just don’t get the reasoning. They think if you don’t like cats you’re someone who is psycho or narcissistic and you hate cats because they require consent and stuff.

To me the reasoning makes no sense because you can’t prove that unless they confess it themselves or they are already known to be a shit person.

There are so many reasons a person may not like cats. So why is this such a popular take? I want to know the reasoning and proof because all I see is speculation to someone’s mindset and character
