My two-year-old will not stop touching/holding the neck line of my shirts

She pulls it down, lays and fondle my neck line of my shirt between her fingers, will grab onto it and not let go. This is kind of new in the past couple weeks and she just turned 2. She’s laying with me as we’re watching a show and she’s literally has her hand on my shirt, and stretches it out. Anyone else is toddler do this?
