What healthy foods do your super picky toddlers eat? I’m desperate.
I can't understand pickiness. Especially when I cook really well, and have always exposed my kids to a variety of foods, did all the things they say to do. Or at least I've done my best. I LOVED 99% of the food put in front of me as a kid, similar with my sisters too. Sweets, mains, veggies, everything in between. My kids turning up their noses at almost everything healthy is killing me.
I am especially concerned about my 2 year old daughter who BARELY will touch a veggie, even potatoes. I'm obsessed with veggies and always have been. It makes no sense to me. I'm tired of laboring over meals to have them end up in the trash.
Please share with me some healthy balanced meals that include veggies that your toddlers are eating.
