Double major in ME and CS

Anyone here double major in ME and CS? I am almost finished with my associates in CS, but now after seeing how competitive CS is I want a different career path but I already did a lot of CS classes and I do enjoy CS. Another area I know I would enjoy would be ME and I think there are a more broad option of jobs to get with ME major. So has anyone done it? How difficult would it be and how many years might it take me if I already have an associates degree?
