Bus Strike = Rain Gear for Biking in Vancouver

As the bus strike impacts the mobility (and freedom) of many of us - I'm a bigger fan of buses, bus rapid transit, and public transit than bikes - I thought it might be helpful to re-share my gear list for biking in the rain in Vancouver. Especially on an ebike, which is an unmitigated GAME changer.
