dpdr worse before better?

on day 6 of taking zoloft 50mg, ive been suffering with bad dpdr the past 2 months but mine is caused by major anxiety and panic. Today i feel like the dpdr has gotten worse and im feeling really anxious, im just wondering if anyone starting zoloft the dpdr got worse before it gets better cause its scaring me and im scared im gonna be stuck like this. im having bad panic attacks bc of it :(
