How much RAM do I need?

Hello everyone I hope you are having a great day. I was just curious how much RAM I should get for an SMP I am starting. I was looking to start an SMP for me and my viewers, so ranging from 10 players to maybe more like 25 in the future with 20-25 plug ins maybe with a nice texture pack that has lighting and stuff. Is 8 gb enough through apex hosting? I was just curious because I have heard different answers. Thank you for any replies!
