Tips for healing after breakup/betrayal?
I'm curious what kinds of routines the MM-minded community has for mitigating the effects and duration of post-breakup depression and anger. It's been almost a year and I miss my ex everyday, but we haven't spoken since February. I ruminate and constantly wonder what he's doing, how he's feeling, if his new relationship is serious or not, etc etc. Of course taking care of my diet and daily HMDS help, but it doesn't solve the pain that's for sure. I just want to feel a zest for life again and not feel this jaded about my future and about love, like there's no point.
Any advice? Even podcasts and books are welcome.
