Aren't the oni and vampires of the series too cooperative based on their profiles?

One contract,one deal and suddenly you don't hear of suika or remikia gathering allies and going on rampages and random brawls...Much less flandre.Which is a bit weird, giving the nature of vampires and oni from official sources not really portraying them as the most comprehensive types.
