How many fruits a day
This diet includes primarily ruminant meat 🥩 fruit 🍎 raw dairy 🥛pastured eggs 🍳 organs ❤️ raw honey 🐝 maple syrup 🍁 and maybe some fermented veg. These are ancestrally appropriate nutrient dense foods that are low in plant defense chemicals. AB is generally considered to be a mixed/balanced macro way of eating. If you're thriving, don't change a thing!
