I would assume galvanized? I'm roughly in the same boat with my legs from Jokerz, I've been reading on how to clean them up, and you can apparently soak them in Coca-Cola for a day or so. I was also reading you can use tinfoil and water, but you would have to coat them or wax them, so they don't corrode again. Then length seems right to me, I thought all legs were taller in the back.
